To move the 3D map to show a different area, select the "Move" button at the top and drag the map with the left mouse button. Use your mouse's scroll wheel, or the zoom buttons, to zoom in and out.

To rotate the map, select the "Rotate" button at the top and drag the map with the left mouse button.

Double click on the name of any mountain to see the view from the top. Alternatively, click on any point on the map to select that location, and then click on "View from selected point" at the top to see the view from there.

Terrain color indicates elevation. Low-lying terrain is green, while higher terrain is gray. To adjust the color scale, use the slider to the right hand side of the map. For more information, click here.

3D print a model landscape

If you would like to 3D print a model landscape, use the "Export STL" button in the 3D view to produce an STL file which you can open in many CAD programs.
